Biotin is required for keratinisation and growth of strong, hard hooves. To be given in food or water for at least 150 days. Dosage: Foals (150kg bodyweight) require 7.5mg daily; Donkeys and ponies (300kg bodyweight) require 7.5mg daily; Riding horses (450kg bodyweight) require 15mg daily; Heavy draft horses (550kg and over) require 22.5mg daily.
